St. Luke’s Gentle Yoga
Monday 6 – 7 PM
 
Starts Monday evening October 19, 2015
 
Yoga is a practice of easing the body and calming the mind to deepen our connection to God.
In this class we focus on basic yoga postures, breath work, and meditation. 
No matter your size, strength, flexibility, or mobility you can join us. 
 
Please bring your own mat, strap, and block if you have them.  There will be a few to share.
 
Ginny has been a certified Yoga instructor for 20 years and works with all levels of students, but she has a special place in her heart for those with limitations, as she has her own.
